Our organization is a growing company operating in the healthcare revenue cycle consulting space bringing alternative solutions to the industry. The ideal candidate for this position enjoys conducting hands-on project work while interacting with and utilizing a group of highly skilled and diverse colleagues.

The project work entails all aspects of transforming a traditional business environment into a high performance organization by applying the organizational, performance management and process principles of Lean. The detailed responsibilities of this position are:

• Leading Kaizen events in a business process environment to drive process change
• Developing leading edge educational programs
• Coaching directors, managers and associates in Lean principles and methods
• Implementing and supporting a performance management system (Metrics and corrective action)
• Conducting all required activities associated with transforming an organization to Lean
• Applying Six Sigma and Operations Analysis techniques to identify and capitalize on business opportunities often times utilizing very large data sets

This position requires the application of methods traditionally associated with manufacturing to a service business.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree, preferably in technical field (engineering, physics, mathematics)
• MBA preferred
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt by reputable organization
• Demonstrated experience in leading large scale Kaizen events
• Excellent computer skills (MS Office including Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Working knowledge using MS Access or SQL to analyze large data-sets
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong team player

This position is full time with a home base of Phoenix, AZ.
